It is our goal for every client to have a great experience with NineTwentyNine Couture and enjoy our “Chic Styles for “Everyday”. However, we are not responsible for packages that have been delivered, stolen and or damaged by the delivery carrier.

Please email us at: ninetwentyninecouture@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivered items if there is a quality concern. Be sure items are unworn, free of odor or stains and have the original tags attached.
